Arnaud is currently Co-Founder and CEO of The Blinc Group. He is a proven thought leader in the science, technology, and supply chain of vaping products.
Arnaud currently serves as Chairman of the ISO (International) Standards Committee TC126/SC3 on Vaping Products & Chairman of the CEN (European) Standards Committee TC437 on Vapor Products. He is also a member of the informal Marijuana Science and Policy Work Group managed by the Colorado Department of Revenue’s Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED) and Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE). His assistance and knowledge of the vaping space have been requested by multiple regulatory bodies across North America, Europe, and Asia.
He is also the former President of FIVAPE, the French vaping trade federation and now serves as the organization's Secretary-General for International Relations.
Bilingual in French and English (dual citizenship), fluent in Spanish, Arnaud has worked in France, China, UAE, Tunisia, Spain, UK and the USA. He frequently serves as a keynote speaker at international vaping and cannabis conferences across the globe. Arnaud holds an Executive MBA & a Masters of Engineering Degree.
Sasha is a Co-Founder and Chief Innovation Officer of The Blinc Group. A hands-on creative leader, a serial entrepreneur, a multiple award-winning brand strategist, and a design industry veteran with a successful 25+ year track record of launching and scaling multinational brands and products.
For the past 7+ years, Sasha’s key focus has been on cannabis vaping, where he has become a recognized thought leader, often quoted and called upon for his opinion by major cannabis brands and key media like Forbes, MJ Business Reporter, and Green Entrepreneur.
His impressive career in roles of founder and managing partner of ventures ranging from branding studios, record labels, media management companies to marketing agencies, where Sasha brought new ideas to market for the world’s leading brands like Novartis, Lufthansa, Harley Davidson, and Verizon among others, is what allows him to provide evidence-based strategic guidance with clear alignment of brand and business goals and a laser focus on the long game.
Prior to joining The Blinc Group, Mr. Hirschson was CFO of StrikeAd, Inc., acquired by Sizmek, Inc. in 2015, as well as TRAFFIQ, Inc., a company he co-founded. Jay graduated magna cum laude from Brown University and later received an MBA cum laude from Columbia University.
Terra is an experienced leader with a demonstrated history of revenue growth and profitability. During her impressive career in the cannabis industry Terra has held director of business development and strategic partnerships positions at KushCo and Calyx Containers. Terra is a team leader and a mentor with mature skills in Sales, Project Management, Product Management, Negotiation, Strategy, Market Planning, and Operations Management. Sweat equity reputation. Today Terra leads the sales team at Blinc as she spearheads the company’s expansion with major national clients.
Entrepreneur, investor, and author, with 30 years of market entry experience in Europe, Asia, and the US. Givi has founded and exited multiple companies in the media and marketing space, including Global Advertising Strategies, WeFund Health, and the 9.8 Group. Author of multiple patents and books on marketing strategy.
A seasoned marketing professional with a passion for building productive relationships with clients, partners, and team members, Alexandra is a strategist focused on identifying trends and tailoring products to meet market requirements.
Carl is a dynamic, driven, and results-oriented entrepreneur. A project manager, client relations, and business development executive with over 20 years of success across corporate, investment, and entrepreneurial ventures. His experience spans the three highly regulated and competitive industries of finance, education, and for the past few years - cannabis. Carl joined Blanc in 2018 as Director of Enterprise Solutions where he worked with cannabis brands to design and launch custom cannabis consumption devices. He also worked closely with Blinc's Shenzhen team on supply chain projects. In his current role, Carl advises MSOs and Canadian LPs on the design and execution of their vape manufacturing SOPs while also managing the day to day operations of the Blinc Customer Success Team.
As a Customer Success Manager at The Blinc Group, Michael’s focus is on automation solutions and assuring customers are successful with Blinc’s products. He is also Blinc’s technical expertise when it comes to filling and capping automation, 3D prototyping, and finding innovative ways to assure quality client support.
Michael has always been customer focused with the ability to explain complex topics in an easily digestible way. His background includes designing an engineering program and instructing mathematics for kids, and as a Data Science and Modern Visualization intern at NASA where he worked on projects in NLP, augmented and virtual reality, and neuromorphic computing. He has a vast knowledge of software engineering, artificial intelligence, 3D printing, CAD design, cartesian machines, and robotic arms.
Adrien is based in Shenzhen China, where he manages The Blinc Group’s supply chain and logistics. During his impressive career, Adrien has held key quality control and supply management positions in major companies across Hong Kong, France, Italy, Taiwan, and China. In his latest engagement, Adrien was responsible for sourcing, logistics, and product development for luxury hotels at Palatino Hospitality with a focus on eco-friendly products, materials, and processes. His proficiency and expertise in managing multiple suppliers and assemblers while keeping compliance and logistics in check make Adrien a valuable part of the Blinc team.
Adrien holds a Master’s degree in Science of Management from IÉSEG Business School in Paris and an MBA from the National Chengchi University in Taipei, Taiwan.
As the Blinc Group’s premier Executive Assistant, Ashley Bettinger oversees tasks for C-Suite executives as well as facilitates event planning and logistics for her team. A graduate of Florida State University, Ashley has previously managed several high-end salons, overseeing many of their day-to-day operations. In her free time, Ashley can be found roaming the streets of Chicago during the summer and cuddling up with her two cats to watch reality tv in the winter.
Pete joins The Blinc Group’s executive team as Chief Operating Officer (COO). A transformational executive with foresight and imagination, Pete has an impressive history of surpassing ambitious business goals and delivering operational excellence. He has a consistent record of P&L responsibility positioning organizations for success, spurring growth, and building highly accomplished teams that demonstrate a profound dedication to operational excellence. Bolstered by a strong network of industry contacts Pete is always ready to hit the ground running and deliver results quickly.&
Pete’s experience in the cannabis industry is deep and varied, beginning with his exposure to the industry while attending college in Humboldt, CA. He has held leadership positions in operations infrastructure and supply chain functions at leading companies including: VP of Global Sourcing at Greenlane; Director of Operations at a vertically integrated Multi-state Operator (MSO) interim COO at a manufacturer of premium vaporization hardware; and, most recently, Senior Director of Operations & Supply Chain at Calyx Containers. As Blinc’s Chief Operating Officer, Pete brings more than 25 years of global operations management, global supply chain and sourcing expertise, honed while living and working in diverse cultural environments including Japan, China and India.&
Demonstrating an entrepreneurial and intrapreneurial spirit, Pete has an innate ability to quickly identify and actualize valuable ideas, employing shrewd strategies that maximize profits, organizational capabilities, operations, and staff performance.
Kevin is a product development & New Product Introduction engineer. For 17 years, he has been mainly engaged in the demonstration of new product structure, process and manufacturing, and the evaluation of DFM/DFA /PFMEA, etc. He worked for Foxconn, a large manufacturing company, on the Apple’s iPhone for 10 years. Kevin is familiar with the production of various engineering documents and reports. Rich experience in manufacturing, cost analysis and production time reduction.
Connie graduated from Huizhou University in Guangdong Province. Before joining Blinc China, Connie worked as a professional financial and tax consultant in a large consulting company in Shenzhen, providing professional financial and tax services for many enterprises. She has obtained the certificate of Intermediate Accountant and the Certified Tax Advisor. She knows China's tax laws and is sensitive to numbers, which helps her to be competent for the financial and human resources work of Blinc China.
Justin Liu is a Senior Engineer at Blinc China. Justin’s comes to us from an impressive career in vaporizer design and manufacturing for a major producer, before which he spent over 20 years in product design and project management as a mechanical engineer. Justin has years of experience working with every material from plastic to carbon fiber to metals and has complete clarity on complex processes like stamping, injection molding, diecasting, extrusion, etc. that are required to bridge concepts to reality. Today Justin works hand in hand with the product innovation team in New York as well as our partners and suppliers in China to bring our ideas to life. He resolves technical challenges, perfects the blueprints for mass production, audits and sources qualified suppliers for critical components, and ensures a clear path for new products from prototype to final production.
Eleven manages The Blinc Group’s shipping and logistics. During her impressive career in international trading, Eleven has worked in the shipping & logistic field for more than 15 years across a number of industries including houseware, hospitality, and electronics. In her last position, Eleven has also expanded her duties to managing the supply chain and sourcing center. She is an expert in managing the many challenges associated with worldwide shipping and logistics, a critical problem solver, and an expert in logistics workflow optimization.
Gretchen Gailey has worked in the cannabis industry for the past six years in a communications and government affairs role advancing the industry through its data and the stories of those involved. She is the founder of Panoptic Strategies, a consulting firm that works specifically with cannabis clients to make sure they have the traction they need to grow their businesses and influence policy makers.
While in cannabis, Gailey most recently worked at KCSA Strategic Communications and as the Executive Vice President of Communications & Government Affairs for New Frontier Data where she developed and implemented an integrated strategic communications plan to advance the company's brand identity, making it one of the most recognized companies in the cannabis space. She has also worked with lawmakers to inform them on tax policy and provided the U.S. Senate Finance Committee with the data necessary to draft cannabis tax legislation.
Before joining the cannabis industry, she served as the Communications Director for Congressman Bill Shuster (R-PA), the Chairman of the House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee. Gailey also has a wide depth of knowledge in communications stemming from more than 10 years of experience as a journalist with Fox News and NBC News in Washington, D.C. She has interviewed heads of state, covered natural disasters, political campaigns, terrorist trials and told the stories of countless Americans across the country.
Gretchen holds a Bachelor degree in Journalism from Penn State University.
Nolan is an NYC pro-skateboarding legend, a cannabis connoisseur, and a proven master of social media engagement. At a young age, Nolan has founded his own successful skateboarding brand, then moving on to applying his skills to building the social strategy behind East Coast cultural icons like POW!! skateboards and Ethik Clothing Co.
Bo is an integral part of our product design and creative support team. His unique skill set and perspective come from a very diverse 20+ year creative career. Bo’s past positions include creative leadership roles with major ad agencies, design and branding studios, film and animation firms as well as entertainment and record labels. During his impressive career, Bo has worked on strategic creative solutions for major international brands like Reuters, DirecTV, Lufthansa, Pfizer, Novo Nordisk among many others. Bo is meticulous in his approach to aligning the business goals with creative solutions and has a passion for creating unique, functional product experiences.
Seth is an Account Manager for The Blinc Group in Colorado. A seasoned cannabis entrepreneur with experience in building sales teams and strategies for several companies in the industry, among them iKrusher. Seth currently holds 18 certifications in cannabis related fields including cultivation and operational focuses.
Coming from an operational background within the food and beverage industry, Seth and his wife Samantha started a web-based auditing tool for cannabis companies that brought them to colorful Colorado! Seth has dedicated his life and career to the cannabis industry ever since and continues to cultivate and extract in his free time.
Former National sales manager for Blissco Cannabis Corp. – a leading Canadian wellness brand based in British Columbia and a multi-licensed processor and distributor of cannabis where Nafisa has led the sales department across Canada and managed business with provincial partners coast to coast. Nafisa is enthusiastic about plant-based medicines especially the cannabis plant. Her mission to break the stigma associated with the plant and educate on safe consumption methods has led her to speak on multiple panels and events about all things cannabis.
Today Nafisa represents The Blinc Group in British Columbia, Canada – spearheading sales efforts and supporting the rapid growth of the Blinc brand within the territory.
FAn avid connoisseur of concentrates and vape hardware, Connor joined us after leading sales at iKrusher, an authorized ALD reseller. Connor is experienced in consultative vape hardware sales and has demonstrated ability to oversee client projects from the idea to commercial success. Custom hardware for rosin vaping is his passion and specialty! Connor is a cannabis industry pioneer and is passionately focused on customer experience, safety, compliance, and ultimately functionality
Prior to joining the Blinc group Nate was involved in a CA-licensed plant touching start up, after which he was a successful sales executive at 3Win - a competing vape brand. Nate is extremely passionate about Cannabis and the positive change it has demonstrated on society. He is also well versed in cannabis vaping and advises Blinc clients on perfecting the end user experience, the product - hardware fit. As a canna-entrepreneur and an industry front runner, Nate is dedicated to consumer education and supporting the evolving industry in delivering clean, safe and compliant end-user cannabis products.
Based in California, Nick is a former Account Manager from a competing hardware company. After spending a few years in the US Army, stationed in South Korea, Nick decided to dedicate his time to something he loved - the plant and the cannabis industry. During his time in cannabis vape sales Nick has developed an appreciation for the consumption method as well as in depth knowledge of the technology. Today Nick advises Blinc clients on the ins and outs of vape tech and its’ practical application in cannabis with a goal of perfecting the end consumer experience.
With 5 years of experience in the Cannabis Industry, Brandon Parker is a seasoned sales rep and newest Account Executive with The Blinc Group, working to expand our reach on the East Coast. Being an avid vaper himself, Brandon has a passion and genuine interest in vape hardware, the Cannabis Industry, and a commitment to provide the highest quality products and overall experience for his clients and most importantly - their end consumers.
Taylor Ciganek is a seasoned Cannabis professional with over six years of Medical Cannabis Industry experience in Maryland working with small start ups as well as multi-state operators. Taylor has a Masters's Degree in Cannabis & Science Therapeutics from the University of Maryland and is working towards a Masters's in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing. With a high level of experience in cannabis, Taylor was able to successfully pivot into many different leadership positions which include; Social Media & Marketing Manager, Inventory & Wholesale Purchasing Manager, and Sales Manager, all which led to the role as the Customer Success Manager for The Blinc Team!
Rachel joined Blinc after graduating from Molloy College in New York with a Bachelor’s degree in marketing. Highly skilled in data analytics, social media marketing, and finance, Rachel has set her sights on the Cannabis industry early on, following in her father’s footsteps. During her climb to corporate employment Rachel has held jobs in consumer and B2B facing positions, and was selected for an international marketing campaign where she received multiple awards and was certified by the Department of Management Science and Technology at The International Hellenic University.
Today Rachel is hyper-focused on learning every component of Blinc with her inaugural responsibility as a Procurement Associate – helping manage our supply chain, compliance, and logistics.
Dan is a young professional, passionate about practical applications of cannabis, data analysis, and marketing communications. As a Marketing Associate, Dan works closely with our Marketing and Sales teams to provide data-based market insights and support ongoing lead generation initiatives while managing digital assets and assisting the creative team with client-related project workflow.
Cristian Gatti joined Blinc with extensive experience in sales and account management across a number of industries. In the past few years, Cristian has focused his career path on Cannabis and after his success in cannabis packaging sales, he has joined Blinc to grow with us as we expand in the Northeast.
